Angers – Suryashtanga Yoga

Helen has been practicing yoga since 2012. She experienced the physical benefits of the postures taught to her but soon, her thirst for theoretical and spiritual understanding led her to seek a more conscious practice.

Her meeting with Surya-World in 2016 opened the door to a coherent and authentic teaching and developed an understanding of the links between Yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation and Chinese Internal Arts. Deeply touched by the values and teachings of Stéphane Chollet and the Surya-World team, she joined the association and then became a Suryashtanga Yoga teacher.

The importance and added value of the collective has become obvious. Driven by fraternal values, Helen feels that she can, today, at her own level and alongside Surya, contribute to the improvement of her social, ecological and humanitarian environment.
