Pregnancy is an important rite of passage in a woman’s life and taking the time to acknowledge this transformation can help navigate through the changes with confidence.
This course offers tools, practices and guidance for pregnancy working with the complementary holistic disciplines of Yoga and Ayurveda. Participants can expect a healthier body, a more balanced mind and higher consciousness through:

– Physical postures
– Breathing techniques
– Relaxation
– Meditation
– Simple dietary, herbal and lifestyle suggestions
– Understanding their unique constitutions

A prenatal Yoga and Ayurveda practice can significantly increase life quality by helping the expectant mother and her growing baby reach their maximum health. The mother-to-be will have all the means necessary to enjoy her pregnancy and be in the ideal state of preparedness for childbirth. Every session is a chance to connect with other women going through a similar transition andto reflect on the experience with greater awareness. Take home materials are provided.

WHO: Women from 14 weeks pregnant, though it is possible to start earlier
