{"id":3021,"date":"2021-05-11T18:07:16","date_gmt":"2021-05-11T22:07:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/surya-world.org\/corps-energetique\/"},"modified":"2025-04-27T13:40:31","modified_gmt":"2025-04-27T17:40:31","slug":"corps-energetique","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.surya-world.org\/fr\/corps-energetique\/","title":{"rendered":"Le corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique selon la tradition yogique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La tradition du Yoga consid\u00e8re l&rsquo;humain comme un tout, compos\u00e9 de 5 corps, du plus \u00ab\u00a0grossier\u00a0\u00bb au plus \u00ab\u00a0subtil\u00a0\u00bb :\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le corps physique <\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique <\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le corps \u00e9motionnel <\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le corps mental <\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le corps subtil<\/span><\/i><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ces corps sont interd\u00e9pendants, et chacun a un lien rapproch\u00e9 avec celui en dessous et au-dessus.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Le corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique <\/b><\/h2>\n<p>Dans la tradition orientale, on retrouve la notion de corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique dans les textes du Yoga mais aussi en <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surya-world.org\/fr\/quest-ce-que-layurveda\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ayurv\u00e9da<\/a><\/u>, la m\u00e9decine holistique indienne. Peu reconnu en Occident, il est parfois assimil\u00e9 au corps physique. D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s les textes, il se situe \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re entre le corps physique et le corps \u00e9motionnel. C&rsquo;est lui qui g\u00e8re notre vitalit\u00e9 et notre \u00e9nergie. Il est aussi en lien avec notre souffle.<\/p>\n<p>Ce corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique se compose de nombreux canaux (\u00ab\u00a0nadis\u00a0\u00bb) et de roues ou centres (\u00ab\u00a0chakras\u00a0\u00bb) permettant la circulation du Prana (l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie Primordiale, venant du Soleil) dans tout le corps. Ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments sont plus subtils et raffin\u00e9s que les constituants de notre corps. Cette \u00ab\u00a0enveloppe\u00a0\u00bb \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique peut \u00e9voquer les m\u00e9ridiens de la m\u00e9decine traditionnelle chinoise transportant le Qi.<\/p>\n<h3>Des pratiques pour agir sur le corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/h3>\n<p>Dans une recherche de mieux-\u00eatre, le bon fonctionnement de ce syst\u00e8me nous sera n\u00e9cessaire. En effet, chaque action du quotidien &#8211;\u00a0 interactions familiales ou sociales, nos \u00e9motions, notre rythme de vie &#8211; affecte et modifie ce syst\u00e8me et la fa\u00e7on dont le Prana circule dans notre corps. Cela peut aller jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 la naisssance de blocages ou de maladies.<\/p>\n<p>La pratique du Yoga et des <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surya-world.org\/fr\/asana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">asanas<\/a><\/u>, par son travail conscient sur le mouvement, le souffle et l&rsquo;intention, permet de d\u00e9nouer et de de recr\u00e9er de l&rsquo;espace dans le corps, d\u00e9faire les blocages &#8211; aussi bien physique qu&rsquo;\u00e9motionnel. L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie peut se remettre en route et circuler de mani\u00e8re fluide.<\/p>\n<p>Les exercices de <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surya-world.org\/fr\/pranayama\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pranayama<\/a><\/u>, le travail sur le souffle, permettent aussi d&rsquo;acc\u00e9der au corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et d&rsquo;agir sur celui-ci. Des exercices sp\u00e9cifiques permettent de stimuler, donner de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, alors que d&rsquo;autres sont plus apaisant et permettent de r\u00e9guler le stress. On voit bien ici la relation \u00e9troite entre la respiration et ce corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique subtil.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre moyen d&rsquo;agir sur cette enveloppe \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique est par le corps \u00e9motionnel, qui a un corps plus subtil encore. Par la <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surya-world.org\/fr\/meditation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u00e9ditation<\/a><\/u>, l&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve apprend \u00e0 observer ses pens\u00e9es et son espace mental. Progressivement, il arrive \u00e0 mettre de la distance avec ses \u00e9motions. La gestion de ces derni\u00e8res permet aussi d&rsquo;avoir une incidence positive sur le corps \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique. Lorsque nous sommes enthousiaste, rayonnant, motiv\u00e9, nous avons de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 revendre ! Nous nous sentons bien.<\/p>\n<h3>Le Suryashtanga<\/h3>\n<p>Le <u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surya-world.org\/fr\/yoga\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Suryashtanga<\/a><\/u> propose une approche compl\u00e8te et des outils pour retrouver du mieux-\u00eatre, tout en s&rsquo;adaptant \u00e0 chaque individu.
