Join us for a relaxing and revitalizing weekend! In a pleasant and friendly setting, the Surya Montréal team offers sessions of

Yoga to release tension in the body,
Taiji / Qigong to energize and balance yourself, and
Meditation to rediscover inner peace.

We will also introduce you to lifestyle practices such as Ayurveda and Chinese medicine for a balanced and nourishing way of life. This all-inclusive weekend will allow for deep regeneration. The venue also offers: 7 km of nature trails, an indoor pool, a sauna, a fireplace, and the possibility of making a fire outdoors. All organized activities are optional and can be chosen freely to allow time to listen to yourself.

Wonderful weekend of sharing, listening and acceptance. The location is idyllic. A well-balanced program, with time for yourself if you wish. Soothing, energizing. Rates

FULL PENSION all-inclusive (accommodation, vegetarian meals and courses/activities, access to site facilities – including trails, sauna, pool). Choose from :

Camping : 370$ + taxes par personne

Room for 2 (shared bathroom) : $455 + taxes per person
Room for 2 (private bathroom) : $495 + taxes per person

Single room (shared bathroom) : $555 + taxes
Single room (private bathroom) : $595 + taxes

Benefit from $25 off for reservations made at least two months before the start of the retreat, with payment of the total amount by bank transfer!
Otherwise, a $200 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a spot. The balance is due one month before the start of the retreat.

Surya Montréal does not provide transportation to the venue, but we can coordinate car pooling among participants.
