Schedule weekly classes
All classes are for all levels (except Mondays at 19:15). You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga! For more advanced students we add variations, details and focus on the correct respiration.
All classes are bascially in French but you might ask the insctructor for some explainations in English if needed.
The studio will be open throughout the whole summer! A slightly adjusted class schedule for July to September will be announced soon.

Deepen your regular practice or develop your personal program to practice at home! Private (max. 2 students) or semi-private classes (max. 6 students) allow you to adjust to your personal needs, to make the most of your practice.
