All classes are for all levels. You don’t need to be flexible to start yoga! For more advanced students we add variations, details and focus on the correct respiration.
PRIVATE- and SEMI-PRIVATE CLASSES
Deepen your regular practice or develop your personal program to practice at home! Private (max. 2 students) or semi-private classes (max. 6 students) allow you to adjust to your personal needs, to make the most of your practice.
