- Meet with one of our specialized teachers: either in your office, online via Zoom, or both at the same time in hybrid mode.

Option 2 : offer unlimited classes to your team!
Unlimited online classes for your employees. Surya Montreal hosts regular weekly Yoga, QiGong and Meditation classes online via Zoom. Get a corporate access so that all your employees can join the live classes or receive a recording to practice at their convenience (current schedule: www.surya-world.org/montreal). Rates:
- 300$ / month for up to 10 employees (i.e. $30 / employee / month)
- 500$ /month for a maximum of 30 employees (i.e. $17 / employee / month)
What to expect
Yoga (Suryashtanga): Our yoga classes are composed of a variety of movements and poses to strengthen and stretch the whole body in a balanced way. We place special emphasis on breathing while moving or doing poses in order to act directly on the nervous system and therefore the hormonal system. This way, our body gets relaxed and detoxified, our emotions balanced, and our mind more focused and calm. We offer a complete session of suryashtanga yoga on a mat, but for practical reasons, we adapt can it to be able to practice at the office (chair yoga) – on and next to your chair and desk.
QiGong is practiced standing, without any accessories. It is accessible to everyone, regardless of their physical condition. Simple movements, coordinated with breathing, and visualization lead to physical relaxation and mental and emotional stability. The practice is based on the concepts of Traditional Chinese Medicine to maintain health.
Meditation: our meditation classes begin with some stretching to release tension in the body and permit better breathing. Next, breathing exercises are used to facilitate introspection and mental calm. Finally, we guide participants through visualizations that assist in relaxing, cultivating positive emotions and soothing the mind.
Automassage, stretching and mental relaxation: we guide you through a succession of self-massages or stretches to relax the areas of the body that are very solicited or tense when teleworking, such as: the eyes, head, shoulders/neck, back, arms, wrists and hands. We finish with a global conscious relaxation of the body.
