Join us for a revitalizing weekend in a magnificent natural setting!

In a pleasant, friendly setting, the Surya Montreal team will offer you classes in Qigong, Taiji, Yoga, Meditation and Massage, as well as a better understanding of the relationshipt between body – energy – spirit based on Eastern wisdom. This all-inclusive weekend will allow you to recharge your batteries and also includes: 7 km of trails in the woods, an indoor pool and a sauna. All organized activities are of course optional, so you can simply take time for yourself whenever you like.

The aim is to enjoy a peaceful weekend, while taking care of yourself, in order regain energy, joy and serenity. It will help you to balance your emotions and to regain inner harmony, for more happyness in your life. 😉

14h00 : End-of-retreat circle
15h00 : Return to Montreal or stay to enjoy the area

Camping : 370$ + taxes par personne

Room for 2 (shared bathroom) : $455 + taxes per person

Surya Montréal does not provide transportation to the venue, but we can coordinate car pooling among participants.
