Did you know … ?
Yoga is a very beneficial exercise for our health, but in its traditional sense, yoga goes much further: it also includes breathing exercises, meditation, and philosophical teachings to develop a better understanding of ourselves.
At Surya, we try to bridge the gap between this traditional approach and our modern lives.
