Which course is right for you?
Yoga -in-depth practice
Once you’re familiar with the Surya Sun Salutation sequence and our standard poses, join us for this longer, 1h15 session. We move from one pose to enother in a more fluid way and aim to establish a steady rhythm to stay centered throughout the entire practice.
Qigong
A form of moving meditation rooted in Chinese tradition, combining gentle movements, mindful breathing, and visualizations. Discover this practice that harnesses and harmonizes your vital energy!
Taijiquan
After a short Qigong routine to energize the body, we practice the fluid, coordinated, and graceful movements of Taiji. This practice improves flexibility, promotes energy balance, and enhances concentration.
Suryashtanga Yoga
A comprehensive exercise routine that combines dynamic movements and static poses, with a focus on maintaining a steady breathing rhythm. It builds strength, flexibility, and inner balance.
SPRING DYNAMICS: In classes with this label, we gradually incorporate more dynamic and physically demanding exercises.
Gentle Yoga
Less physically demanding and more accessible, this class is suitable for those who have never practiced yoga before, who prefer a gentler approach, or who have limited mobility.
The practice includes particular breathing exercises designed to calm the mind and foster serenity.
Yoga & Meditation
A balanced class: 30 minutes of dynamic and static yoga to release tension in the body, followed by 30 minutes of breathing exercises and guided meditation for deep inner relaxation.
If you’ve tried meditating before but couldn’t calm your thoughts, you’ll be surprised at how much easier it becomes when you start with yoga and breathing exercises.
