What is Suryashtanga Yoga?
Suryashtanga Yoga is a skilful combination of dynamic movements and static postures, guided by deep, regular breathing.
The teacher will explain the underlying philosophy of “yoga in 8 steps” that leads to a peaceful state of mind. You’ll be encouraged to adapt the postures to your physical abilities and daily shape, while the teacher chooses a sequence of exercises according to external factors such as the season of the year.
